Prze ł o ż ony Generalny, po uzyskaniu zgody swej rady, mianuje spo ś ród cz ł onków Zgroma- dzenia na czas nieokre ś lony generalnego promo- tora Stowarzyszenia okre ś laj ą c równie ż zakres jego praw i obowi ą zków. 2. Prze ł o ż eni wy ż si, po uzyskaniu zgody swej rady, mianuj ą na czas nieokre ś lony dyrektorów Stowarzyszenia spo ś ród cz ł onków Zgromadze- nia. Odpowiedni prze ł o ż ony wy ż szy mo ż e od- wo ł a ć dyrektora Stowarzyszenia, zgodnie z kan. 184 §1 KPK. 3. Dyrektor Stowarzyszenia sprawuj ą c powie- rzony mu urz ą d dzia ł a w imieniu Stowarzyszenia, reprezentuje je i wykonuje powierzony mu urz ą d wobec osób prawnych i fizycznych oraz wobec w ł adz ś wieckich i ko ś cielnych (cfr. kan. 113 §2 i kan. 118 KPK) zarz ą dzaj ą c, koordynuj ą c i ani- muj ą c dzia ł alno ść Stowarzyszenia i jego agend na okre ś lonym terenie. 4. Dyrektorzy powinni troszczy ć si ę o zachowa- nie w Stowarzyszeniu nienaruszonej wiary i oby- czajów oraz czuwa ć , aby nie wkrad ł y si ę nadu ż y- cia do dyscypliny ko ś cielnej. 5. Stowarzyszenie mo ż e z w ł asnej inicjatywy podejmowa ć przedsi ę wzi ę cia odpowiadaj ą ce jego celom i charakterowi, z zachowaniem s ł usznej zale ż no ś ci od prze ł o ż onych wy ż szych. 1. 6. Dyrektor Stowarzyszenia zarz ą dza posiadanymi dobrami pod zwierzchnim kierownictwem prze ł o ż o- nego wy ż szego i zgodnie z D 275 oraz ze Statutem Stowarzyszenia. Prze ł o ż onemu wy ż szemu ka ż dego roku przedstawia dok ł adne sprawozdanie finansowe oraz przewidywany bud ż et na rok przysz ł y. 7. Zebrane ofiary i ja ł mu ż ny b ę d ą przeznaczane na cele zgodne z intencj ą ofiarodawców i celem Stowarzyszenia §VIII. Administration 1. With the consent of his Council, the Superior General appoints for an indefinite time a General Promoter of the Association from among the members of the Congregation and defines his rights and duties. 2. With the consent of their Councils, Major Superiors appoint the Directors of the Association for an indefinite time from among the members of the Congregation. A respective Major Superior can remove a Director of the Association according to can. 184 §1 of the CCL. 3. In exercising the office entrusted to him, the Director of the Association acts on behalf of the Association, represents it and performs the official duties entrusted to him in relation to legal and physical persons as well as secular and ecclesiastical authorities (cf. can. 113 §2 and can. 118 of the CCL), while managing and inspiring the activities of the Association and its agencies in a specific area. 4. The Directors are to take care that the integrity of faith and morals is preserved in the Association and to watch lest abuse creep into ecclesiastical discipline. 5. The Association on its own initiative can begin undertakings in keeping with its purpose and character, remaining in appropriate subordination to the Major Superiors. 6. The Director of the Association administers the goods it possesses and under the leadership of the Major Superior and in accordance with D 275 and the Association Statutes. Each year, the Director presents to the Major Superior a detailed financial statement and a budget for the upcoming year. 7. Collected offerings, gifts and alms will be used according to the intention of the givers in accord with the purpose of the Association.
