Those who are 75 years of age or older are not eligible for election as Major Superiors. 7. Marian Solidarity Fund. Realizing the great material needs of some Marian communities, the General Chapter resolves to create a Marian Solidarity Fund to be managed by the General Administration and distributed in consultation with the Superiors of Provinces, ViceProvinces and Vicariates. Each Province, Vice-Province and Vicariate will donate to this fund a generous amount (seed money) starting in the Great Jubilee Year 2000 and will give an annual contribution in the amount determined by its budget.
