Kapituła Generalna zobowiązuje Zarząd Generalny do pilnej troski (K 223,7) przekazywania poprzez Prowincje i Wikariaty informacji dotyczących życia Zgromadzenia. Ekonom Generalny wprowadzi zatwierdzoną przez Generała i jego Radę standardową, formę sprawozdań finansowych Prowincji i Zarządu Generalnego. (Sesja VI, A, wn. VII - s. 31) Polecenie 5. Dla przyśpieszenia prac Kapituły Generalnej, Prowincje mają postępować według następujących zasad: 1. Po zakończeniu pierwszej Sesji Kapituły Prowincjalnej, w Prowincji powinno się zebrać wnioski na Kapitułę Generalną, czy to ze strony poszczególnych członków czy też od Kapituły jako całości. 2. Przełożony Prowincji sporządzi swoje sprawozdanie uwzlędniające uwagi i sugestie członków Kapituły Prowincjalnej. 3. Wszystkie te dokumenty powinny być przetłumaczone na as a Vice Province." (Session VI, A, prop. 1) Mandate 2. Elenchus of the Congregation should be published: 1) every year (cf. Session VI, A, prop. II); 2) in the Latin language (cf. Session II, d). Mandate 3. VII) Mandate 5. To expedite the work of the General Chapter, the following procedures are to be followed by the Provinces: 1. At the conclusion of the first session of the Provincial Chapter, the Province shall collect the proposals intended for the General Chapter, whether from individuals or the Chapter as a whole. 2. The Provincial Superior shall edit his Report in accordance with the insights and suggestions he may have received from the members of the Provincial Chapter.
