Aż do chwili otrzymania tego reskryptu, kiedy to kopie tekstu będą rozesłane do Prowincji, tekst z 1976 r. wraz o poprawkami z 1981 r. wciąż nas obowiązuje. Nie wolno nam doświadczać zmian wprowadzonych przez Kapitułę 1984 r. bez upoważnienia Stolicy Św. zawartego w w/ w reskrypcie. Zbliża się Święty okres Bożego Narodzenia i my wszyscy tu w Rzymie zapewniamy Was o naszych modlitwach i najlepszych życzeniach. Maryi Panny z Guadalupe texts have been reviewed by a Latin expert and the adjustments in language have been completed. The Holy See will issue a rescript enabling us to make use of the new version until final approval is given. Until this rescript is given, at which time copies of the text will be given to the Provinces, the 1976 version with the corrections of 1981 are still in force. We are not at liberty7 to experiment with the changes made at the Chapter of 1984 without the rescript from the Holy See. The Holy Season of Christmas is upon us and all of us in Rome assure you of our prayers and best wishes.
