-656Chrystusa do ludzi. Dziękujemy Bogu i wielbimy Go za powołanie, jakie dał każdemu z nas i za ludzi, których wzywa On nieustannie na drogę mariańskiego życia. Jest rzeczą oczywistą, że nasze powołanie jest darem i dlatego każdy musi szanować ten dar i być za niego w pełni odpowiedzialny. Musimy też, szanować powołanie innych i zachęcać się wzajemnie do tego byśmy umieli żyć w zgodzie i w pokoju (por. 2 Kor 13,11). Jeżeli będziemy wierni naszemu powołaniu, przyciągniemy do służby Bożej również innych, ponieważ zobaczą oni w nas ludzi będących w zgodzie ze sobą i z Bogiem. Papież Paweł VI zwraca uwagę na fakt, że jako zakonnicy jesteśmy wezwani do dawania świadectwa miłości (por. ET 53). Miłość nie jest rzeczą łatwą. Nie nabywa się jej szybko, domaga się ona intensywnego wysiłku, domaga się modlitwy, lecz przede wszystkim domaga się odpowiedzi na prawdę ewangeliczną, że jeśli ziarno wrzucone do ziemi nie obumrze, pozostanie samo (por. Łk 9,23-27; Gal. 2,19). Musimy wyjść sobie wzajemnie naprzeciw i każdy z nas musi uczyć się, uczyć sztuki dawania i brania (por. Mt 7,1-12; Konst. 57, 63, 74,127). Przy formowaniu przyszłych Marianów trzeba jasno przedstawiać różne trudności, w jakich możemy się znaleźć (por. Idea przewodnia 16). Powinniśmy im pomóc, by stali się ludźmi Chrystusowymi, wiernymi samym sobie i swemu mariańskiemu powołaniu. Dużo czasu na Kapitule poświęcono zagadnieniu zarządu w naszej takes concentrated effort, it takes prayer but most of all it requires the response to the Gospel: "Unless a seed falls to the ground and dies it remains just a seed" (Lk 9:23-27; Gal 2:19). We have to reach out to each other and each of us needs to learn the art of receiving as well as giving. (Mt 7:1-12; Const 57, 63, 74,127). In the formation of future Marians we should make clear the various difficulties in which our members might find themselves. (Instr 1:16) We must help them to be men of Christ, true to themselves and their Marian call. Much of our time at the Chapter was spent on the problem of Government in our community,. The earlier call to deceintralization allowed for varied forms of Provincial elections, which to some appeared too diverse. A study was made by the Convention of 1973 where a proposition for a uniform system received support. The Chapter received many suggestions on the subject of government. These were weighed and examined. It was eventuallv decided to elect the General Government prior to the election of Provincial Governments, and a generally uniform plan of elections was established. Provinces shall have to adjust their statutes accordingly. It was strongly emphasized that the central government should be the core of unity and animation for the whole Congregation. We conclude our Chapter deliberations with the realization that
