And because I have a heart condition, the doctors kept changing my medication, which would make it worse. I was sent for many diagnostic tests, and everything would come up negative. I was having a really bad episode in March, and I called and requested a prayercard of Fr. Stanislaus. I prayed to him that someone would be able to figure out what was wrong with me. On my next office visit, my regular doctor was out, so I had to see one of his associates. He reviewed my file and suggested that I have a pulmonary function test. During all the tests that I had done in the previous four years, no one ever suggested this one. When I had the pulmonary function test done, it was discovered that I have asthma.
