N OVEMBER 145 oversaw the correct translation of St. Faustina’s Diary into Portuguese. He is buried in the Marian Fathers’ cemetery in Curitiba. n oVember 27 On November 27, 2020, Father ROMAN GRZONA (Gzho-na), died sudden- ly at the age of 52 in our religious house in Puszcza Mariańska. A member of the Polish Province, he was a religious for 28 years and a priest for 24. He served as a catechist, pastoral assistant, director of the Center of Assistance for Families and Addicts in Licheń, and as the vicar of St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Puszcza, appointed later as its pastor. He is buried in Puszcza Mariańska. n oVember 28 On November 28, 1759, Father PETER CHOJĘCKI (Kho-yents-ki), preach- er of the monastery, died at the monastery in Goźlin, where he is buried. In 1792, Father CALISTUS DOMARACKI (Doma-ratski), age 31, a reli- gious for nine years, died of tuberculosis at the monastery in Marijampolė. In 1894, Father CHRISTOPHER SZWERMICKI (Shver-mitski) (or Szwernicki) died at the age of 82 in the city of Irkutsk, in Siberia. He was a religious for 62 years and a priest for 56. While president of the monastery in Marijampolė, he was arrested and put into prison in Warsaw for circulating books prohibited by the Russian authorities. Five years later he was exiled to Irkutsk in Siberia, where he provided spiritual care for the exiles. Every year he had to travel for some months to visit his parish, which comprised the whole of Siberia. Thanks to his efforts, a stone church building, rectory and school for the children of the exiles were erected in Irkutsk. Pope Leo XIII sent him a chalice and missal for his 50 th anniversary of priesthood. He is buried in the church he built in Irkutsk. n oVember 29 On November 29, 1924, Brother JOSEPHWALICKI (Va-lits-ki) died after a surgery at the age of 51 at the house in Bielany, Warsaw. He was a religious for 10 years. He had previously been a member of the Pauline Fathers at Jasna Góra. He is buried in the crypt of Bielany church. In 1985, Father STANISLAUS DĄBROWSKI (Domb-rof-ski) died at the age of 55 from a heart surgery in Warsaw. He was a religious for 36 years and a priest for 26. He was mostly engaged in pastoral work. During the last two years of his life he was confessor and guide for the pilgrims at the Shrine of Licheń, where he is buried.
