La formazione quanto mai importante per il futuro stesso della Congregazione. Iddio vi aiuti e la sua protezione vi accompagni costantemente nel corso dei lavori del Capitolo e nell'elezione del nuovo Governo Generale. Da parte mia vi assicuro un costante ricordo nella preghiera e, invocando la celeste assistenza di Maria Immacolata sul vostro cammino verso il terzo millennio, imparto di cuore a tutti la mia jesteście wezwani do podejmowania, na wzór Założyciela i Odnowiciela, odważnych iniqatyw w odpowiedzi na znaki czasu. Bądźcie zwłaszcza wierni waszemu charyzmatowi, dostosowując - jeśli się to okaże konieczne - jego formy do nowych sytuacji w całkowitej uległości wobec Bożych natchnień i zgodnie z rozeznaniem Kościoła. Wasza kapituła, wypełniając zalecenie zawarte w adhortacji apostolskiej Vita consecrata (por. n. 68), ma zatwierdzić przygotowane w ciągu minionych sześciu lat Ratio formationis (czyli insti- tutioniś) dla całego zgromadzenia. Niech Bóg was w tym dziele wspiera, a Jego opieka niech wam to warzyszy nieustannie w pracach kapituły i w wyborze nowego zarządu generalnego. Zapewniam was o nieustannej pamięci w modlitwach, a wzywając pomocy Maryi Niepokalanej na dalszą drogę w trzecie millenium z serca udzielam That is why you are called to undertake courageous initiatives in answer to the signs of the times, following the footsteps of your Founder and of your Refounder. Be faithful, in particular, to your charism, adapting its forms, when it is necessary, to the new situations, in complete docility to divine inspiration and to ecclesia! discernment. Your Chapter, adhering to the recommendations of the Apostolic Exhortation Vita Consecrata (cf n. 68), is about to approve the Ratio formationis elaborated during these six years for the entire Congregation.
