Kapituła Generalna zaleca Zarządowi Generalnemu wyznaczenie jednego lub dwóch Promotorów do spraw misji mariańskich i do apostolatu na Wschodzie. Może on być wyznaczony spośród członków Rady Generalnej lub spoza jej grona. Promotor do spraw misji i apostolatu na Wschodzie zajmuje się całokształtem spraw dotyczących pracy marianów w krajach misyjnych i w postkomunistycznych krajach Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej oraz Azji Centralnej. Działa on z ramienia Zarządu Generalnego, zgodnie z dyrektywami tegoż i za jego aprobatą. Zadaniem Promotora jest służenie współbraciom pracującym na misjach oraz na Wschodzie poprzez pro- moqę i koordynaqę na płaszczyźnie całego Zgromadzenia pomocy duchowej, personalnej, materialnej i formacyjnej. Do kompetenqi Promotora należy rekomendacja kandydatów do pracy misyjnej oraz rekomendaqa odnośnie ich odwołania w razie konieczności. Dla lepszej organizacji pracy Promotor może powołać własną decyzją swoich pomocników (coadiutores) w poszczególnych prowincjach, wice- prowinqach i wikariatach, po skonsultowaniu nominacji z kompe- celebrate more often the Holy Masses that have ecclesial, Marian, apostolic and eschatological character. This applies, above all, to Houses of formation. (Session VII, C, prop. 2) Commission IV: Government. Recommendation 1. The General Chapter recommends that the General Administration appoint one or two Promoters to deal with the Marian missions as well as the Apostolate in the East. He may be chosen either from the General Council or from the community at large. The Promoter for the missions and apostolate in the East will deal with all matters relating to the work of the Marians in missionary countries and in the post-Communist countries of Eastern and Central Asia. He acts on behalf of the General Council, following its directives and with its approval. The task of the Promoter is to assist the members working in the missions and in the East through the promotion and coordination of spiritual, material, formational and personnel assistance from the entire Congregation. Within the competence of the Promoter is the recommendation of candidates for missionary work and, if the need arises, the recommendation for their recall. For better organization of his work, the Promoter can appoint, by his own decision, assistants (coadjutores) in particular Provinces, Vice-Provinces
