Kapitua Generalna, biorąc pod uwagę wezwanie Ojca Świętego skierowane do nas (22 czerwca 1993 r.) i pragnienie nowego spojrzenia na charyzmat Marianów w stosunku do tajemnicy Bożego Miłosierdzia przez wielu członków naszego Zgromadzenia z różnych stron świata zaleca: Przełożonemu Generalnemu i jego Radzie utworzenie osobnego zespołu (ewentualnie w ramach Komisji do spraw Formacji) dla przestudiowania tego zagadnienia i przedstawienia wyników badań na jeden z najbliższych konwentów generalnych. Przełożony Generalny z Radą powinien utworzyć wikariat białoruski bezpośrednio zależny od Generała natychmiast, gdy tylko zaistnieją warunki wymagane do tego przez Konstytuqe i Dyrektorium. Przełożonym wikariatu powinien być, o ile to będzie możliwe, Białorusin. Choosing this direction for our life and apostolate, we will extend our ministry to the "new poor", thus answering the call directed to us by Pope John Paul II (cf. Pope John Paul H's address to the Marians, June 30, 1987), and we will become "apostles of Divine Mercy under the maternal and loving guidance of Mary" (Pope John Paul H's address to the Marians, June 22,1993). (Session VII, D, prop. 2) Recommendation 3 - concerning the relationship between the Marian charism and the mystery of the Divine Mercy. The General Chapter, heeding the words addressed to us by the Holy Father (June 22,1993), and the desire of many members throughout the world to look at the Marian charism in a new way, namely in relationship to the mystery of the Divine Mercy, recommends: That the Superior General and his Council form a team of members (possibly within the existing Committee of Formation) to study this question and present the results of their research at the future General Convention.
