Il s'agit de trois groupes de capitulants, c'est-à-dire de religieux réunis en Chapitre spécial pour la révision de leurs constitutions, à la suite du concile œcuménique récent. Nous les saluons tout spécialement. Chers fils, Nous voulons vous dire Notre satisfaction pour les travaux sûrement très sérieux auxquels vous vous appliquez et Nous désirons vous exprimer nos vœux par un seul mot. Il y aurait tant à dire ! Nous nous limiterons toutefois à un mot qui résume tout ce que Nous avons à cœur de vous confier, et ce mot est FIDELITE. Comme notre époque a besoin de fidélité! Que de changements profonds, qua de bouleversements, au plan extérieur comme dans le domaine spirituel ! Pierwsza grupa, którą pozdrawiamy, to Księża od św. Wiatora; następna - to Księża Regularni Marianie, i wreszcie Bracia Świętej Rodziny z Balley. Chodzi tu o trzy grupy ojców kapitulnych, to znaczy zakonników zebranych na specjalną kapitułę, mających za zadanie rewizję swoich konstytucji, do której zobowiązał ostatni Sobór Powszechny. Pozdrawiamy ich w sposób zgoła wyjątkowy. Drodzy Synowie, pragniemy wyrazić wam nasze zadowolenie z prac z pewnością bardzo poważnych, jakim się oddawaliście, pragniemy wam wyrazić nasze życzenia jednym słowem. Jest tyle do powiedzenia! Ograniczamy się jednakże do jednego słowa, które streszcza wszystko, co mamy w sercu i pragniemy wam przekazać. Słowem tym jest WIERNOŚĆ. Jak nasza epoka potrzebuje wierności!
