Stanislaus’s beatification. On Jan. 14, in the middle of the night, my husband and I received a call from our only daughter. She was very much in distress, struggling with marriage issues. We felt her pain as if it were our own. She said her problem would require a miracle. When she spoke the word “miracle,” I immediately remembered the letters I read in Marian Helper attesting to the wonder- ful works of Fr. Stanislaus. It was as if my daughter had said the magic word. I quickly prayed to Fr. Stanislaus to assist my daughter in her hour of need. Father Stanislaus interceded for her all throughout the crucial days of Jan. 14 and 15. I cannot say that the problems in her marriage have totally disappeared. Rather, Fr. Stanislaus has made possible an important step towards reconciliation. Through his intercession, God has worked miracles in the hearts of my daughter and her husband, and I am confident their marriage will be saved. My heartfelt thanks to Marian Helper for publishing letters that inspired me to invoke the aid of Fr. Stanislaus.
