One could multiply the recollections of th e S isters, because a g rea t many have been collected. They tell the ir stories of S is ter Fau s tina , b ring ing out the trivial daily events, h e r sayings, h e r prayers and reactions to w ha t happened, like th e beads on the rosary of h e r life. Beads like these have a sim ilar shape and size, for the ir daily life in the convent slipped by, full of mono­ tony, work and prayer. There is no need to add more such anecdotes. Those th a t have been included here show S ister F au s tin a sufficiently clearly and in th ree dimensions. Many more de ta ils from pa rticu la r sisters could have been quoted, memories which were dear to th e ir h e a r ts and, for them , hav ing a much clearer meaning th an when the events happened , because today th e whole secret of S is te r F au s tin a ’s in terio r life is known. They know - which they did not previously - th a t the voice of God, th rough her, in tervened directly in th e ir lives. Because th is knowledge came to them a fte r h e r death , i t is n o t su rp ris ing th a t they could, by the hour, reflect and remember, seeing th e ir former life in a new light. B u t he re I have shelled out from these rich memories, like peas from a pod, only the essential substance which enables us to perceive S is ter F au s tina in the full and appropria te light. Summ ing up all th a t we know of S is te r Faus tina , we can say th a t she a tta ined , in the community, all th a t she wanted. I t fulfilled h e r hopes, building a strong foundation under h e r sp iritua lity and creating the conditions for the fulfilment of the life-work en tru s ted to her. Her Congregation also apprec ia ted h e r properly. All th ree Novice M istresses unanimously emphasised the high sp iritua l and religious qua lities which led to h e r being accepted.
