W ha tever she noticed du ring the day, she b rough t to the Lord. From h e r h e a r t came more and more fervent cries for mercy for pa rticu la r souls. Je su s no t only looked k indly on h e r en trea ties , b u t aided h e r by explaining when and u nd e r what conditions He gave His graces: "On one occasion, Jesus gave me to know that when I pray f o r intentions which peopte are wont to trust to me, He is atways ready to gran t Jtis graces, hut souts do not atways wan t to accept them: 'My Heart ovejftows zvith grea t mercy fo r souts, and especiatty fo r poor sinners. I desire to Bestow M y graces upon souts, But they do not zvant to accept them, you , a t least, come to Me as often as possible and take these graces they do not zvant to accept.
