Marian Helper Spring 2019
Live the call! Marian Helpers Paul and Paulette: For almost 25 years, we have shared a close relationship with the Marians through our love for the Blessed Mother, Divine Mercy, St. Faustina, and St. John Paul II. We saw firsthand how devoted the seminarians were to prayer, studies, and living in community. Their witness inspired us to support their vocations so there would be holy priests and brothers to continue the Marians’ mission in the Church. Brother Matthew, MIC: When I visited the Marians, I saw that they acknowledged the gravity of the situation of the Church today, yet exuded an authentic Christian joy in striving for holiness. I felt attracted to the Marian spirituality — a deepening of what is already natural to Catholics — and how its mission can be carried out in a variety of ministries. I finally felt at home in serving Christ and the Church under the banner of Mary Immaculate. Write: Fr.
