This opinion is confirmed in a letter written by John Kajetan Jab=onowski, dated April 14, 1755, to the Superior General of the Marians, Father Kajetan Wetycki. He undertakes an agreement to build a monastery in which seven religious would live. The monastery in Berezd[w must have been ready by the first half of 1755 because it was during the annual meeting of the Marians in Go{lin on June 28th of that year that Father Benon Bujalski and Father Joachim Stanis=awski were appointed to move in there. A year later, at the annual meeting in Ra>na on June 26, 1756, a letter from Prince Jab=onowski regarding the Berezd[w foundation was read, and Father D=ugo="cki and Brother Onuphrius Kierski were sent to live in the new monastery.
