They should receive careful instruction in the art of guiding souls. They should also be taught to use the aids which the sciences of pedagogy, psychology, or sociology can offer. If this training is not available in a seminary or a university that our students attend, it is the responsibility of the Superiors to see to it that this training is provided in other ways.
