JULY 10 45 GENERAL INTERCESSIONS PRIEST’S Inspired by the radiant beauty of the heavenly virtues INTRODUCTION practiced by the ever Blessed Virgin Mary, we offer to God our prayers and petitions. INTENTIONS 1. For all the faithful, that they may imitate all the virtues of the Blessed Virgin Mary, especially her ten evangelical virtues of purity, prudence, humility, faith, devotion, obedience, poverty, patience, mercy, and sorrow, let us pray to the Lord. Response: Lord, hear our prayer. 2. For all religious, that the Mother of God may be their source of inspiration and joy in following Christ along the way of holiness, let us pray to the Lord. ℟. 3. For all Marians, that they may look to the Blessed Virgin Mary as the sign, source, and strength of their vocation and that their lives be full of grace, charity, and purity, let us pray to the Lord. ℟. 4. For all the members of the Association of Marian Helpers and the Confraternity of the Immaculate Conception, both living and deceased, and for all the intentions they have entrusted to the Marians, may the Lord favorably hear their prayers, and strengthen them in faith, hope, and charity, let us pray to the Lord. ℟. 5. For the faithful departed subjected to the expiatory pains of Purgatory, that they may be relieved through the intercession of Our Lady of Virtues, let us pray to the Lord. ℟. PRIEST’S PRAYER God, our Heavenly Father, we ask through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, our model of holiness, that you will hear these prayers and imbue us with Mary’s virtues, sentiments, and affections.
