† A LBUM OF THE D ECEASED F ATHERS AND B ROTHERS † 62 A PrIl 17 On April 17, 1771, Brother IGNATIUS KORCZAKOWSKI (Kor-cha-kof- ski) died kneeling in prayer at the monastery in Góra Kalwaria, where he is buried. In 1962, Father STANISLAUS VENCIUS , a Lithuanian-born member of the Polish Province, died at the age of 70 at the house in Głuchołazy. He was a priest for 47 years and a religious for 33. Born in the vicinity of Marijampolė, he studied at Sejny and in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Marian, he was chaplain to the Lithuanians in Warsaw and also the novice master for two years. During the latter years of his life he fulfilled pastoral ministries in Licheń and then in Głuchołazy, where he is buried. In 2006, Father RAPHAEL ANDRYCHOWICZ (An-dree-kho-vich), a member of the Polish Province, died at the age of 79. He was a priest for 49 years and a religious for almost 50. He served in various Marian parishes, and held the office of a local superior twice. He is buried in the Marian Fathers’ section of the Wawrzyszew cemetery in Warsaw. A PrIl 19 OnApril 19, 1770, Brother ROCCO JAWORSKI (Ya-vor-ski), a seminarian, died at the age of 23 at the monastery in Raśna. He had just completed his course in philosophy. He is buried in the crypt of the Raśna church. In 1787, Father CHARLES HONDLEWSKI (Khond-lef-ski), Secretary of the Order and a religious for 28 years, died. He was a good speaker and preached parish missions. He died on his way to see a renowned doctor in the small town of Poniemuny, in the vicinity of Kaunas. He is buried in Poniemuny. In 1791, Father BONIFACE HUBRYK (Khoob-rik) died at Niemirów, where he was a parish vicar. He fulfilled the offices of Assistant of the Order and president of a monastery. He is buried at the church in Niemirów. In 1803, Father FLORIAN BALCEWICZ (Bal-tse-vich), a “Father of the Order,” died at the age of 44 at the monastery in Miroslavas, having been a religious for 28 years. For many years, he taught in our schools in addition to fulfilling the offices of preacher, lector of philosophy and president of the monastery. Elected superior of the Prussian Province in 1799, he held this office for three years. He is buried in Miroslavas.
