m ArCh 6 On March 6, 1977, Brother JOSEPH LEŠINSKAS , a member of the Lithuanian Province, died in Lithuania at the age of 68. He was a religious for 40 years, always faithful to his vocation even in the most difficult circumstances of the Communist regime. He is buried in Marijampolė. In 1979, Father SIGISMUND SEFERYŃSKI (Se-fe-rin'ski), a member of the Polish Province, died of a heart attack in Warsaw at the age of 60. He was a priest for 33 years and a religious for 40. In his pastoral ministry, he was particularly ded- icated to hearing confessions. He is buried in the Marian Fathers’ section of the Wawrzyszew cemetery in Warsaw. m ArCh 7 On March 7, 1800, Brother JOSEPH JAWOYSZ (Ya-vo-y-sh) died at the age of 80 at the Igliaukai residence. He was a religious for 35 years. He is buried in Igliaukai. m ArCh 8 On March 8, 1750, Father MATTHEWKRAJEWSKI (Kra-y-efski) died at the monastery in Goźlin. Elected General Superior in 1715, he contributed to the “Rostkovian Dispersion,” which brought our Order to the brink of extinction. However, he repented of his mistake and returned to the reunited Order. Afflicted by a strange illness in the last 15 years of his life, he bore with great patience the intense cold which he felt even on the warmest summer days. He prepared himself for death daily by receiving the sacraments of Penance and Holy Eucharist during the last six or seven years of his life. He is buried in Goźlin. In 1977, Father JOHN SEFERYŃSKI (Se-fe-rin'-ski) died at the age of 70 at the home for the aged in Góra Kalwaria. He was a religious for 55 years and a priest for 45. He fulfilled the offices of novice master and local superior for many years and was known for his diligence and piety. He is buried in the Marian Fathers’ cemetery in Góra Kalwaria. m ArCh 10 On March 10, 1706, Father CYPRIAN of SAINT STANISLAUS , the General Superior, died at the monastery in Góra Kalwaria. He was accepted by and obtained his religious formation from our holy Father Founder. He is buried at the site of the Cenacle in Góra Kalwaria. M ARCH 43
